Ground 2 Roof does not charge for delivery services. The shipping is completely free, regardless of where you live or the value of the order placed.
Once you place your order, the G2R team takes your products safely to your home. The only things that you must do are:

  • Make sure that there is someone home at the date and time for delivery.
  • The products you ordered fit on the access doors to your home.
  • Access to stairs or elevator is not obstructed.

The average shipping time is around 15 days, but the time it takes for the shipment to arrive to you may vary. After you place your order, you will be contacted by Ground 2 Roof for more information.



RETURN POLICY

Ground 2 Roof has a 30-day RETURN and MONEY BACK GUARANTEE policy.
We think that you will love our products and will never need to return anything, but if you, for any reason, want to return the products that you bought from us and get a refund or make an exchange we want to make sure that the process will be hassle-free.
What steps must you take?

  • Make sure that you purchased the product in the last 30 days.
  • You need to have your receipt or invoice.
  • You can find contact details on the contact page. There you can fill a contact form, call us or send us an e-mail at contact@ground2roof.co.uk

If the product package is unpacked and the furniture is assembled then it can not be returned.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@ground2roof.co.uk.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
